
ALL USGA Applications Available
All USGA Championship/Qualifying entries are availbale online. Wisconsin will play host to two of the national championships in 2008. Erin Hills GC will host the Women's APL Championship AND qualifying on May 25th. Entries will close for this event on May 7th at 5:00 pm EST. Milwaukee Country Club and Brown Deer Park GC will host the 2008 USGA Mid-Amateur Championship on September 6-11. TWO qualifiers will be held in Wisconsin on August 13th at Geneva National GC and on August 15th at Tuckaway CC. Entries for the Championship and Qualifying will close at 5:00 pm EST on July 16. The USGA Website has forms for downloading or online applications. Local qualifying is a first-come first-serve basis, no priority is given for residence. Absolutely no late entries will be accepted.

Jerry Kelly Inducted to HallJerry Kelly became the 76th member of the Wisconsin Golf Hall of Fame on Thursday, December 13th at Maple Bluff Country Club. Past Hall of Fame inductees, including, Andy North, Monroe Miller, Dick Sucher, Katie Falk, Gene Haas and David Cookson, along with family, friends, and Maple Bluff members, were on hand to see Jerry join Steve Stricker as the 2007 class.A slideshow has been put together showcasing the evening.
Steve Stricker HonoredSteve Stricker and others were honored at Cherokee CC. Travis Becker, Golf Professional at Cherokee, presented awards to John Boles, Stu Grendahl and Larry Tiziani. The Hall of Fame Committee and 130 others were in attendance to see Stricker become the 75th inductee into the Wisconsin Golf Hall of Fame.A slideshow is available for all to enjoy.
